This tool is intended for legitimate business, record-keeping, educational, testing, and design purposes. Users must not use it to create fraudulent, forged, deceptive, or misleading financial documents.

• Impersonating a retailer, bank, marketplace or any brand you do not represent
• Producing documents for refund fraud, expense fraud, tax evasion or insurance claims
• Creating proof of purchase or proof of payment for transactions that never happened
• Any use that is unlawful in your jurisdiction

LocalBill deliberately provides generic professional layouts only. We do not offer clones of specific retailer, airline or bank receipts.

You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, tax treatment and legal validity of any document you create. LocalBill does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice, and the totals it calculates should be checked before use.

Document data is processed and stored in your browser. Because we never receive it, we cannot recover documents you lose. Export a backup regularly. See the privacy centre for details.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including lost documents or errors in generated files.

These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
